@vigila I honestly am not sure what date it was delivered because once you accept an order and leave a rating, the shipping details disappear. 😭 But I try really hard to make sure orders are shipped out the next day. I just don’t think I could have done anything more 😣 I’m sorry to sound like a child, I just have an obsession with ratings and am always trying to improve.

@vigila Hello, I am unsure if you are aware that Posh takes 2.95 off the top of each and every order even if it is below $5. I took your $8 offer on this bracelet knowing that posh would take $2.95 leaving $5.05 prior to the cost of the bracelet to me. Then, we sent a free gift bag with a note and goodies including a free gift. If you do the math, your order cost me money!! To say that I am shocked with your 3 star rating would be an understatement!

This hurts my daughter's feelings badly as she takes it personally when she prepares an order and the customer in some way does not like it. @aprinceofposh OK first things first. I responded why the rating I gave was because of postal reasons possibly. 2nd, you stated could you could have sent out later than you thought. I left at that. Not a big deal. But you have now sent me about 4 texts which are not appreciated.

@aprinceofposh in addition to follow thru with my order just to be kind I kept. Chain was actually broken I'm two areas right when I pulled out of bag which I'm guessing you pd for a 12 pack maybe $2. A fifty cent gift I did not ask for which I did appreciate the thought made me decide to keep a broken item that I pd for that I have to try to fix. So my dear shoes really out $$$?

You should be thankful you got something for sending me not a good quality item. I almost almost did not except. Honestly I am now regretting my decision. Sounds like your more hurt than your child. And just maybe before expecting a high rating you will inspect items better so your feelings won't continue to get hurt. Please do not texted me anymore. @aprinceofposh i owe you a sincere apology. I had a horrible experience as u can tell with a product that was junk for what I paid. The seller has sent me not very nice message using a child as well. I did go back in and rated you a 4. Honestly I was expecting leather straps. This was more pleather. I do apologize once again.
