robynridge The Surprise sale I had a few days ago is for rings only. Are you talking about closet clear out, which was extended until today. That is when you like an item and I offer it to you 10% off and pay for part of shipping and Poshmark pays the rest of the shipping. I believe it is essential to build a relationship of trust on-line. i worked very hard to try to find the purse for you, when mine sold on another site, it was a freak opportunity, that their credit card was denied. robynridge Hi! Please do not worry! I have three kids that take up so much of my time some days, that I just hit buttons on Poshmark while playing with them. I believe I told you that someone purchased the bag from another site, but her credit card number did not go through. I mail items out immediately, but with this site, luckily you mail it to them first to check for authenticity.

cottoncandycat @robyncantor I ship things like Kate Spade bags all the time from Poshmark and I’ve never had to send it anywhere to check for authenticity. Now I’m getting a little bit nervous because this sounds a little bit wrong to me. I always just get the buyers label print it and ship it within a day or two.. i’m a little bit concerned just because this isn’t how it’s done so I’m not sure what’s going on.

robynridge I clearly explained that this purse was sold on another site, that does check authenticity. Never did I say it wa sold on Poshmark. Please go back and reread the emails. I have tried to be helpful, sweet and kind, because you told me how excited you were about the purse and how much you wanted it. You can't cancel an item because you change your mind 3 days later.

If the bag has not been sent out can you please just cancel it. Earlier today you told me you weren’t getting the bag until tomorrow and then I said I wanted to cancel the bag and you said oh I just received it and sent it out. I’m just very confused and I just want to make sure that I’m not getting into a bad situation on Poshmark here because that has happened in the past.

robynridge I got the message that the kate spade purse is tracking through the Post Office. If you want me to copy any digits on it, I am happy to, but I think only I can see the tracking. Six of my items just started tracking today. so I assume the tragedy happening around the world and in the US may have caused the postal system to be working a lot slower. I assume that many, many workers are out.

robynridge I am so happy you got the purse, to tell you the truth, it was hard to part with, because it is amazing. I can't find it anywhere else affordable. Why did it take so long to get to you? When did you get it? I am so very happy you love it. Sometimes the stock pictures look a little different from the actual bag and yours was all wrapped up and I didn't want to open it up.
