Hi Amy! I’m so sorry that I haven't been in touch sooner! I had an emergency and had to unexpectedly leave town and I just returned today but I did drop your package off this afternoon as soon as I got back! I added a little something extra to makeup for the delay in shipping but I'd also like to extend an offer of 20% off of your new next purchase. No brand exclusions and it won't expire. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience.

@moonrose171 my only suggestion is to open the fed ex postage label pdf that Poshmark emails you to find the fed ex tracking number. Copy and paste it in the search bar on the fed ex to see what comes up.

@amyglomb I did drop it off myself on Saturday. I just emailed Poshmark and if I haven't received anything by this afternoon I'm going to contact the post office. I will absolutely keep you updated. I'd like to offer you a 25% off discount for anything in my store. You can use it whenever you'd like, it won't expire. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

@amyglomb it's not FedEx, it's usps and unfortunately they don't give you a receipt. I checked the tracking number and it still says waiting to be sbipped

@amyglomb I emailed Poshmark and will call the post office if it's not updated by this afternoon. It happened to me before when I ordered something on here but I've never had them lose a package.

Hi! I wanted to update you on your purchase. Apparently usps couldn't scan the package and they sent it back to me, although I'm not sure why they couldn't. When I called them they said it could be a number of reasons. Good news is it's not lost. I contacted Poshmark and they sent me a new shipping label. I know after 7 days you can cancel the transaction but if you'd still like the necklace I will take it to ship first thing in the morning when usps is open so there isn't a problem again.

Hi. I just received your review and I'm not sure as to why you stated what you did about shipping and seller responsiveness. I explained to you that usps returned the package to me and that I had to resend it to you. I told you you could have cancelled it. I also made sure I was in constant communication with you, offered you a discount and gave you a free gift for the inconvenience. I'm honestly not sure what more you can expect of a seller.
