ericasfinds Hi. Poshmark will give a refund up to three days after the item was delivered to you. After three days they don’t allow it, even if the item was defective. I’m sorry the heel came off but they won’t issue a refund after 3 days.

projectattic Hi Amy! I’m so sorry you were less than 100% satisfied with the boots. They are quite a rare design, and 80s western Frye vintage, which pulls a premium. They will be so cute for Coachella/Festival season too, if you’re into that. I’m relieved they fit, and you don’t have the uncomfortable Frye breaking in time.
