ruby4693 hey! I ordered an item and I was really excited about it, but it was never delivered and the post office said it was returned to sender. Poshmark marked it as delivered and i’m concerned I will lose my money and the item. If it was returned to you, could you try sending me the item again? If that isn’t possible would you consider refunding my money? Thank you!!

amy_krueger @ruby4693 Hi Ruby, I'm so sorry that you never received your package! I can't do anything from my end since the transaction has been completed, so please contact Poshmark support and let them know. They should be able to sort things out, but it will probably take 2-3 days to hear back from them. In the meantime I will check my mail to see if it's been returned, but so far I haven't seen it! Please let me know what Poshmark responds!

amy_krueger @ruby4693 I ended up getting the shorts back! Did you hear back from poshmark at all? Otherwise I can contact them and see if they can send me a new shipping label if you were able to update your shipping address! Looks like it was returned because they couldn’t forward it.
