thomasfamilyx5 @bkrause3 someone else purchased the dress before I responded to your message. I thought it was you who marked it as “sold” because I didn’t. Because I thought it was you I waited to ship until today. Then I got a notification to ship and I realized it was someone else. I feel terrible. I’m not an untrustworthy person and this isn’t how I treat people. I know I cannot get you that dress but I’m happy to give you anything else from my closet to make it up to you.

thomasfamilyx5 @bkrause3 you are so kind and gracious. I’ve been sick to my stomach all day that that happened. I learned a lesson though. Next time I agree to hold I need to pay better attention and ask better questions. I work in the western industry and know the designer for this brand. I’ll ask about another for you.
