juniperpearl10 Amy. You will be receiving a package that contains the other ladies jeans. Furthermore, the size for your jeans was listed incorrect. They are actually an 8 and not a 10. I'm not sure how to go about refunding your money. I do have other size 10 jeans that you could choose from if you wish. For the mistake if you want to pick another pair of jeans, I will give you a second pair or any shirt or jacket for free. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

juniperpearl10 @amybertram7 Good morning Amy! Yes they were supposed to be sent to someone else and from the convo we had last night she still wants them. What would you like to do about the jeans you bought? I have other size 10 Stetson jeans but they won't be cropped style. What a mess...i am so so sorry about this.

juniperpearl10 @amybertram7 Hi Amy. I got an email from Posh saying they are transitioning to some new email service and to be patient. I think the quickest way to handle this is for you to open up a case for return/refund so they can send you a label to mail the jeans back to me. I don't want to hold the other buyer up any longer on receiving the jeans. As far as the refund for you, maybe that is something it will give you the option to initiate when you open up a case. Maybe it will be quicker that way?

juniperpearl10 @amybertram7 Yes, this is what we have been discussing since last week. Since you accepted the item according to Posh policy they will not be able to process a refund. I wanted you to open a case so that you could get your money back. The best I can do now is have you pick out a shirt or two that totals close to what the jeans cost and ship to you out of pocket . If you want to do that go to my closet and create a bundle of what you want and we will go from there.

juniperpearl10 Amy your package should be delivered on Thursday. I included a poly mailer and money for shipping for the jeans. Since I have mailed the package the other buyer has changed her mind about the jeans. You will need to ship them back to me. Put my address over the one I have taped on so u can use the mailer I sent. Btw I'm loving the cow skull top in your closet...i might just have to buy it. Talk soon.
