chrismiss78 Hi Amy. I am so sorry that I didnt give you my normal 5 star service! My life has been crazy and it's really affected my response times. Between the dr appts then the hospital and now the funeral, I can barely tell what day it is today. I was surprised that cleanliness was an issue though, to my knowledge that dress was clean when I put it in the box, but then again my head is in the clouds. Can I do anything to better the experience?

mimi263 I'm so sorry to hear about all that! I can see how Posh wouldn't be a priority. I'd first placed an offer, then I ordered - it was 5 days with nothing. When the dress arrived it had makeup on the collar and dirt on the hem. I went ahead and washed it and everything came out. I had no idea that anything was going on. I thought that you were not an active seller or you were offended by my offer? In the end, I have the dress and it's great. I hope things get better for you. Thanks!
