marlofazio Good morning Amy, sorry you think that about the Frye bag, it is designed that way, most definitely not stained or dirty, used it literally twice and stored in the dust bag it came with. Came exactly like Brand new from Nordstrom..not a Nordstrom rack. I would absolutely love it back ❤ Maybe before you ever open a case you should ask your seller if they'd buy it back. Post it and I'd be more than happy to buy it back 😉

treatyourself1 Hi Amy. I just wanted to touch base with you about the tea dress you purchased. I did mail it out Thursday afternoon. It was 1 of 3 packages I shipped that day. The other two have been scanned, so I'm hoping yours was just over looked but is still on it's way. If nothing updates by Monday I will go to the post office. Thank you for your patience.
