fifi1031 My Fifi (Fifister) was a Lhasa Apso as well- she was 24 lbs- I delivered her & she got stuck to my neck & I never let her go- she passed 10/31/17- suddenly @ age 12- IMO 🤢 poisoned- Perfect health & I smelled turpentine on her nose & she was gone in a week. Already injured- after an assault I almost broke. A week later my son found Oscar at the shelter 🥰

fifi1031 Oscar was in very bad shape- abandoned at a puppy 🐶 mill in a cage - 8lbs- totally matted- Humane Society was not sure if he would make it - vocal cords cut- back legs broken numerous times- one eye cut- most teeth rotted- age 5- not much human contact- I had to wait from 11/7/17- to 11/14/17 to bring him home- 11 lbs. He is a Shitzu - now 13 lbs.

fifi1031 I was told he had to be sedated to get groomed- they shaved him bald- pulled many of his teeth- totally potty trained- he can’t walk stairs as his back legs under developed- never had treats- or vegetables/fruit- 🥰 love & trust grew fast! He won’t let me out of his site- I groom him- he sleeps next to me & still has nightmares - but totally bonded- & started to trust people. No one can walk him- but he lets people pet him now.

lostwrite @fifi1031 we had a shitzu schnauzer before our lhasa we took her to a groomer we had been using since she was a puppy and trusted her while we went to lunch returned to find our baby gone. vanished. scarlett was the way the groomer thought they could pay us off. grace my bigger girl was dumped and rescued. i have done a bunch of rescues and perfer to adopt not shop. so its great to hear Oscars happy ending!!!

fifi1031 He learned to communicate with me- with those eyes! He taps his feet to be taken off the sofa- he learned words I say like “go outside” “dinner” - he coughs a bark if the is a knock on the door- worst puppy 🐶 breath makes me ❤️ him even more! We saved each other 🥰❣️

fifi1031 OMG! I would have seriously hurt the groomer! That is tragic! How does that happen?!? My ex had a boy & a girl & well she got pregnant/ I got Fifi. I could have bought a new 🐶 -son saw Oscar pop up at the shelter- & had a taxi waiting 4 me- 45 minutes later-in a neck brace & I saw him in a ball of matted hair sleeping in cage. said your Mummy’s here- he crawled over & it was instant ❤️I can’t believe your 🐶 vanished- devastating!

lovebflies08 @lostwrite oh my goodness that’s a long night. And yes the rain was really nice and a very welcome change (those temps were amazing)! However the lightening show, ugh, my dog HATES it so every time we have a night like that I end up having to go to my oversized chair and tote my pillow and blanket so he can be near me. Needless to say I am sleep deprived today!
