katzkoz @harebrained9. Yea...I know its like that when U 1st start Dont get discouraged tho. 1 thing tho...U R not sharing at all. U have zero shares...U sharing. Ill tell U why its so important that U start sharing. U need to get Ur things "out there" for others to see. So if U sgare Ur items to Ur followers, they'll share them as well to THEIR followers. The more exposure U get the more potential sales Ull get.

katzkoz @harebrained9 U need to share all Ur items in Ur closet to other people. Other people R Ur followers or whoever. They will in turn return Ur items as well giving U double exposure to others. Once Ur items R shared, theyll show up on the FEED. Go to Ur maon page(where all Ur ststs R. Cc info, etc) & on the top theres "Ur GUIDE YOUR TO POSH" Thats a wealth of info. Anyone that wants to talk offsite is breaking Poshs rules. Dont fo it.

katzkoz @harebrained9. Ive been here for over 4 years and my start was slow at first too. But I hung in there even when U couldnt sell Men or Kids stuff then. I cant discuss my sales on an open platform like this but theyre pretty good. Ive trued other platforms and this is the fairest and one of the fastest growing an efficent ones out there. Plus, they have great backup for the seller and buyer.

katzkoz @harebrained9. Ohhhhh yes they do! Make sure U get Ur moneyback 1st then block her. Posh keeps pretty much a "log" on whose been "naughty" on returns by sellers. Eventually if they keep doing thw same thing to the buyers, they'll automatically know that the seller is up to it again and will be kicked off. Banned. Believe ne...Ive had my BUYERS try to mess with BRAND NEW IN A BAG cut, tear or stain things & try to return. Take pics right BEFORE U mail. Let it go. Move on to the next. It happens

katzkoz @harebrained9. I think I know who Ure talking about but they make mistakes too. However...I dont know what is wrong but on the return U need to take pictures to send to Posh and tell them what is wrong. They will log it. Ive been on here 4+ yrs when they didnt even allow kids or mens items, sellers couldnt bundle, do discounts, etc so Ive seen many changes. They take what U say seriously no matter how big U R. Tell them U Would appreciate a human response instead of an automated response too

I am here to tell U....I dont let anything slide when it comes to returns. Unless I know for sure it is my fault.. & there have been times it was and Ill own up to it. But U should see & hear some of the excuses! Posh can always expect me to fight. Theyve been very fair for the most part .

katzkoz @harebrained9. I had a seller send me a camera(whichshouldnt be on here) where the lens was CRACKED, no adapter which was included and she gave me as a gift something also broken! The nerve. Ive had someone send me something in a MACARONI BOX, snipped a brand dress apart & said it tore when she opened the package. I have plenty of stories

katzkoz @harebrained9. I hear ya! For my own sanity, Ive had to let some things go. Like when I sold a 1 strap work out bra with 2 straps in back. She took a Pic of it beine only 1 strap in back by placing it together. So it looked like 1 strap. BRAND NEW IN PKG mind U. Posh accepted her rtn. I hear ya girl! Time for a glass or 2 of wine or some ice ctream!
