donnabroome2 Hi, I am sorry about the mug, it is literally brand new, I had no idea it had a crack, I don't sell anything broken or damaged. I would not have listed it at all. The shoes may be from the conditioner that I apply to them, not sure, I never wore that pair but have many Born shoes because they are so comfortable. I will be more than happy to let you pick out some items to make up for it. If you would like to bundle a few things that you like , I will see what I can do. Thanks!!

rooster1984 If you don't know how to bundle, you just look at the bottom of the item and beside the heart where you like the item is a plus sign. You just touch the plus sign below the items you want in that bundle and it puts the item in a bundle for you. Hope this helps🙂
