@valhalla11 hi poshmark has yet to respond to my inquiries regarding ur refund but still using the label. I sent the necklace and would love if u could please contact poshmark as well regarding the matter. I do intend and fully want to refund you! I would also consider sending you the money over another platform if you feel completely comfortable

@shopsohardd I have reached out to poshmark inquiring about the return for purchase with you. The asked me to file a complaint before being able to receive a refund and told me in the future not not accept the item. I would rather not file a complaint. In the past when having an issue like this where the seller doesn't have the item my money has been returned back to me right away. I am not sure what the real issue is but it's on your end as the seller.

You offered me the necklace as a "gift" but the way you sent it was as though the shirt was being sent. I did receive the necklace and while I appreciate the gesture it's not what I really was wanting. I had been searching for a shirt like that. In your card you wrote "thank you for your purchase". Am I missing something? I am feeling frustrated. I simply want my refund & I am bothered that I am having to put so much energy into this purchase with you selling a shirt U didn't have

If I refund before sending item the label becomes invalid or so I thought which I why I contacted posh several times with no response from them- I hoped to be able to refund it even though I sent it. Try this When the item gets to u do no accept it. U can “return it” and the funds will return. Reason for return, does not fit.
