hi! I'm sorry I have to write you this way since there's no messaging system, but I just saw you updated your rating and I just wanted to let you know I'm really sorry that happened, I didn't check it because it is new with tags and was purchased as part of a box of brand new shelf pulls from Target and typically there's never issues with those items! I definitely don't want you to be unhappy and I will gladly accept a return if you want to return it to me! I'm so sorry that it had a tear!

I also wanted to ask because I just realized which dress it is, there's slits on the side that the "belt" is supposed to go through because it's an actual wrap dress (not a faux wrap) so it has to be put through the side to close it. I'm not sure where the tear is you mentioned so I just wanted to make sure you weren't thinking that was a tear because those are supposed to be there. If it's another tear, like I said I will definitely accept your return if you want to open one! 😊
