amber749 @amyliebman hi~ thank you so much for the understanding! I reached out to the support, and they mentioned that there might be a way for you to cancel it on your end before shipping. However, they cannot since it is accepting the offer. But if you cannot find the option on your end, I am very happy to have a pair of new shoes!! Thank you sooo much for the help! I truly appreciate it!!
