maciechadwick @durhamruth hi Amy, wanted to let you know your glasses case is finally on the way. I dropped it off last week and it never scanned at the post office. I went to the postal facility I dropped it off at this afternoon and low and behold they “found” it. The box was destroyed but the case was fine. I had them repackage and it’s on it’s way from Colorado today! Hope you love it. I opened a case with Posh so you might get an email. Just FYI, so sorry for the delay 😫

nintend0gs Hi, good evening! When I went to pack up the Michael Kors crossbody in your bundle, the front pocket zipper was jammed. I spent the last couple of days trying to fix it, but it still isn’t working properly. Not sure why it jammed, considering it worked fine when the bag was listed. I decided to cancel the order, because it wouldn’t be right to send you a bag with a flaw that I didn’t know about on the original listing. I apologize for this situation and the inconvenience!
