Is this the typical culture on this site ? From What I am gathering all communication should be done in the comments section of the actual item they are asking about, correct ?

teesandlace @raspberrybaret I will be glad to help! Do not email them, you are right that the communication is done via comments on the item. You can also communicate to each other through the comment section of their bundles. I usually ignore the email ones or you can even report those that want to do communication through email.
