supermom23112 @amyrenshaw It hangs pretty straight down but bc of all the different panels of fabric it can expand and flare out a lot.

amyrenshaw @supermom23112 it seems like it hangs nicely! So hard to tell w/out being able to try on! I’m a 36c and I think because of the back I could pull off the 17” armpit dimensions however I usually look for a minimum of 18”...the dress is adorable though and I think you for tour patience and prompt replies to all my questions! 🤗

I reached out to her three times and she never really returned my message so if you’re interested I still have the size 8 1/2 I am going to have to resell the other boots as well but do you still want them I will re-post the size 8 1/2 for you!!!😊👍
