sumnontheside Hi Amy. I just received the beautiful black canvas and yellow purse. I accepted it prematurely without looking at the backside. There are some black smudges on the yellow leather in 4 different areas. By chance, do you know what it could be so I can figure out how to try to get it the stains out?

lizry123 @ilovea12 Hi Alisha, The purse has never been used. I don’t know what it might be…..did it rub on the cloth part in the box maybe? I would try a Q-tip or soft cloth with some water and dish soap first. If that doesn’t remove, possibly a little vinegar. I looked it up on YouTube, and there was mention of a little alcohol. My apologies. Please let me know.

sumnontheside @lizry123 Thanks for reaching out. I tried detergent and vinegar. It didn’t come out. It almost looks like black marker or dye smudges from rubbing against something. My fault for not inspecting it more thoroughly initially. Thanks for trying to find a solution
