I am so sorry. I accidentally sent you the wrong size bowl. I have the 8.5" and by accident I sent you the 10". I'm so sorry. I would be happy to exchange it for you.

@speedyg860 They told me to submit a ticket, which I did. They sent me a follow up email at 4:30pm yesterday stating they received the ticket and will be in touch.
