hmaltese33 I'm very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your purchase. I would have been happy to allow you to return it if you would have made a claim. I tried to accurately describe and photograph the bag from multiple angles to ensure that the buyer knew that they were purchasing a bag that was worn and flawed. I did wipe the bag down prior to photographing and selling the item. I strive to have all my customers satisfied with their purchase.

hmaltese33 Again I really am sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. Not sure that there is any thing I can do to make it better since you accepted the item already. Its probably not likely you will want to purchase another item from me due to your experience but if you see anything you like i would be happy to give you a good discount. I have incredible ratings and have had very few complaints with the hundreds of items that I have sold.

amyjlab @hmaltese33 Sure its disappointing for $180. The pictures did not show as received. You need to detail material defects in writing as well. Such as darkened edges cover both sides of fanny pack straps and interior is blotched with discolored marks. Gucci gold stamp accessory has fallen off, etc.
