carolannb17 Hello, I understand that you are interested in the pewter frog friends picture frame. I wish that I could help you more with shipping or lower the price. However I cannot lower the price to $3 because I would have$0.05 it would cost me more to ship it than I would make. if I lost the shipping then I would owe poshmark money -$2.95 to be exact.
