Hi Amy I read your comments and i did not see snags. But things can slip by me and I apologize for your item not being in great condition. If you would give me a chance to replace the item pick something near same price range and ill pay shipping and sell item for $3. So Poshmark gets their 20%. Lowest is $3. I want to make it right.
