gypsykat54 Sorry to hear you are disappointed in your purchase.It was never used.it didn't come with extra wire. bought it thinking I would have my hairdresser cut to match mine, but, decided not to.I can't figure out how it looks used. It was only out of the bag when my hairdresser examined it, when I first opened it, when i took pictures. If you would like I will contact poshmark and see about refund/return I've never had an issue like this. Please let me know what you would like to do.
