notaplainjayne I don’t understand the 4 star rating you gave me. The London Fog boots are used as described In my listing. Sounds like you wanted a “new” pair. What was wrong with my packaging? I put them in a box with packing materials. What could I have done better.

amygutz1983 @notaplainjayne I’m new to this & gave that for the shoe itself as it’s too narrow for my foot. Not for you as a seller I wasn’t aware that’s what it was directed towards. A 4 stars is still a great rating regardless. I will update my rating but it wasn’t anything personal towards you!
