Hi! Hope you’re doing well. I’m the seller for your everlane flats. I shipped the parcel and it has been waiting a bit over a week to be picked up or you can also have the delivery rescheduled. Please try to contact USPS via their website as soon as possible to schedule your delivery since otherwise they will ship back the parcel. I will be traveling abroad so won’t be able to receive and reship. Thank you very much! Hope you get them soon.

Hi! Have you been able to check on the parcel? The tracking states that delivery needs to be rescheduled since they tried already. Please contact them with the tracking so you can receive your parcel. As I stated, I leave on Monday for two months so won’t be able to receive anything back or reship. Thanks!

@amyr00 hi! Sorry to write again but the package still says it is in transit. Where you able to pick up the parcel as you mentioned?? I’ve sent packages after this one that have already been delivered, so unsure why this one is taking over Two weeks since it states it is ready for delivery rescheduled. Thanks!
