amysocialdch @crystalco if a buyer was not happy with a purchase from me do I let Poshmark handle it or do I offer the refund. I am certainly happy to offer a refund but it looks like from the instructions Poshmark negotiates those decisions.

crystalco @amysocialdch Hi! Did they tell you why they were unhappy? Do you have pictures of the item you sent? I would contact Poshmark and explain your side. If you sent the item exactly described, there should not have been any problem. Also, this affects your ratings.

amysocialdch @crystalco yes, I posted 5 pictures of the shoes and described them as gently used. I inspected and cleaned the shoes before sending. Buyer says beads were missing and shoes had mud on the bottom. There were no beads missing when I sent them. The soles did have some discoloration from being worn (and soles are light beige in color so wearing them on dark parking lots or pavement will produce some black discoloration), but certainly no mud.

labellala @amysocialdch also. I wanted to tell you in reference to the above discussion about sellers getting customers making false claims. I photograph my packaging process. And make a short video inside of the box. Most buyers are honest. But there are scammers out there.. so I cover all my bases. It has saved me several times with dishonest buyers on e, & 1 here.

amysocialdch @labellala thank you so much for the tip. After the above incident, I thought about that, and wondered about doing that with the packaging in case of false claims. I’ve certainly learned a few things.. the hard way of course. 🥴
