noora301 Hey lovely, you recently purchased a guess watch from my closet. Upon packaging the item I noticed that the battery was no longer working. It’s in perfect condition, but just needs a new battery. Would you still like to go ahead with the purchase or cancel the order? Sorry for any inconvenience xx

noora301 @amyevison yes it can be very easily replaced. In fact I have a brand new battery for it if you’d like me to give that to you as well and keep the watch at the same price. The cost of a battery is usually $5-$10 elsewhere, but I’ll include it for you free of charge due to the inconvenience. You can open the watch personally and insert the battery, or have someone else do it for you.

elsacullen69 hi I just want to apologise for not sending my guess bag to you and want you to know that I am having a problem with my very 1st sale (u being my 2nd) that wasn't picked up by sendle for days and then went missing this was also cancelled and told sendle who still couldn't find it so I've still a missing parcel and very reluctant to send anything else untill it's sorted so I do apologise and hopefully will get to start again soon and have smooth sailing using them again
