Meet your Posher, Amy

Hi! I'm Amy. I bought my first pair of Dr Martens boots in the 1990s and have been wearing them ever since. As my collection has grown I realized that I’m going to have to sell some boots if I want to make room for new, or new to me, vintage styles. I was just looking for boots in my size (UK5) to start, but I ended up gaining confidence in my ability to restore vintage leather and started finding other sizes too. I love to create custom color docs for myself and for family and friends and occasionally I’ll post a pair of those here too, so keep an eye out. I clean, moisturize, and polish as needed and wash or replace laces for every vintage pair prior to photographing. I do professionally refinish the surface of the leather sometimes when there are visible scuffs or scratches and never try to hide any blemishes with shoe polish. All boots are carefully wrapped and shipped in a sturdy box. Listings that specify that the original box is included will be double boxed. Please feel free to ask questions!
