amyekmoore @beloved_one Hello! I have a question. My husband accidentally scanned the wrong QR code, so one of my buyers received an item that was meant for another buyer. She messaged me back and said that she had already thrown away the package, so is there any way for her to send the outfit meant for another buyer back to me? Thanks for you help in advance.

24hourposh @amyekmoore Im sorry to reply so late, but what I do in this case is tell the customer to tape it back up and write refused or Return to sender in black sharpy that way you get it back and they dont have to pay postage on an item that is sent in error.
