hey I am the one you bought the angel from. I did not ignore your message Poshmark stopped the chat notw. I want to resolve this if possible. I seen the picture. if you would like to ship it back I will give you a full refund. I need to reach out to Poshmark to see if they will open back up our chat

To file a return request:
In the app
Go to your Account Tab (@username).
Scroll down and go to My Purchases.
Select your order.
Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
Select Order Not as Described.
Select a reason for the return.
Add images that clearly depict the reason for the return and include a description of the return.
Select Submit.

Select your profile picture in the top-right of the page.
Select My Purchases.
Select your order.
Select Problems/Order Inquiry.
From the dropdown menu, select Order not as Described.
Upload images that clearly depict the reason for the return and include a description of the return.
Note: Our system does not support HEIC files. We kindly ask that images are uploaded as JPG files.
Select Submit.

I don't want you to have a bad experience. this is the first time I've had something go wrong out of the numerous items I've shipped. this isn't the only platform I use to sell items either. I'm sorry it happened to you but regardless of your rating I still want to make things right.

I looked at the first angel you purchased, and the hand was not in those pictures either. I didn't realize it was missing when I had posted it which explains why I didn't have that in the description. Normally if I notice anything wrong with an item I put it in the description. This is the first case I neglected to do so. I am glad that it did not infact break during shipping, and you were able to get a good deal on the second angel due to me not reviewing the situation further.

Please, in the future, regardless who you are buying from, review not only the description but the photos really well. Sometimes when sellers get busy posting items, we may overlook something not ever intending to do so. it takes me approximately 10 hours to clean, inspect, research, post to multiple platforms, measure, pack, weigh and store just 8 items. I'm sure you can see how exhausting it can be.

Again, please be critical of everything and question the seller about anything you are unsure of that way you know 💯% that you are getting exactly what you paid for. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and I'm glad we were able to get it cleared up.
