Hi. I am still considering the Netgear modem you have listed. I appreciate your reply yesterday about my question if you know if the modem is new (never used) or may have been 'renewed, refurbished'. There seem to be quite a few of the renewed modems out there and I'm feeling a bit cautious here. I would take a chance for $35 total (that would include shipping to 57401.)
