dmo_22 Hi, I was the one who sent you the message about the Birkenstocks. Im really sorry that this happened to you. Don’t feel bad, it happens more often that you might think. What to do next depends on where you purchased them from. If you purchased them in a store, you could go to the store to demand a refund. If you purchased them online, then I would recommend contacting the customer service associated with that store/site/app.

dmo_22 If customer service isn’t much help, then you can go through your bank or credit card company to file a dispute. Most places offer customer protections for this very reason. I have helped multiple people get refunds for Birkenstock counterfeits on different sites, so if you need help, don’t hesitate to ask. You deserve to either get what you paid paid for or get your money back.

dmo_22 @aerwin170 Yes, that is correct. Birkenstock does not offer half sizes. Their whole sizes encompass both the whole and half sizes. So for example, a Birkenstock size 8 is meant to work for a size 8 and an 8 1/2. If you ever see a half size printed on the footbed of any Birkenstock you’ll know it is a fake. I hope you’re able to get a refund from the shop you purchased them from.

dmo_22 @aerwin170 You’re good on the mules! They are definitely authentic. The text on the footbed has the correct font, size and placement, the sizing info is accurate, the designs on the soles are the right size and the BIRK logos on the soles are the right size and font.
