Hi! You purchased a skirt from me 5 days ago, I sent it, but the tracking isn’t showing up. I personally handed it to the postal worker. Will you please let me know if you got it? I told Poshmark about it, just want to make sure you receive it .

@boymom1976 I have no idea what’s going on with it. I don’t see any tracking on my end. I’ll message Poshmark again and I guess if it’s “lost in the mail” they will just refund you. So sorry. I shipped and labeled the next day and gave it to the driver. It has the special Poshmark label and my return address... I’ll keep you posted. So sorry about that.

I just put the same tracking number into the us postal service and it did not come up. Something I sent on the same day arrived a while ago. I’m not sure what happened.

@boymom1976 ok, for some reason it says “according to our system the package was delivered 1/4/21 and it gives you 4 days to accept it or it will charge you, so just don’t want you to be charged if you never receive it. Thanks again for being flexible.

@boymom1976 all my info says it was delivered... it’s us postal service. I print the label that Poshmark creates based on the address you provided. Let me see if I can copy and paste the tracking here. You should be able to see tracking by clicking on “your purchases “ and then select the item.

I just added a screen shot to a copy of the listing that tells you what to do if a package is marked delivered but does not arrive. Check your “bundles “ and the first photo on the listing is the screen shot of directions. I’m seeing if I can look up the tracking again on usps website. Was your address you used on Poshmark correct?
