kriss10fashion @anamvel Oh my gosh, that is terrible. No, unfortunately, I do not have one in storage. I will be happy to go out tomorrow & get one to replace & mail one to you. Can you just snap a pic, show upclose what you are referring to, & send to my closet. It has never been used so sounds like a factory problem. The other alternative is to stop at a costume jewelry counter like Macy's.

kriss10fashion @anamvel Honestly, Ana, I dont see what you mean. Is it the lobster clasp that yoy are referring to? Or did an O ring open up? I even have jewelry tools if I noticed I could have repaired something. I feel badly. You are such a nice gal. Can you go in my costume jewelry earrings area & pick out a pair so I can send you. I posted a bunch new inventory tonight. I am gping to the PO tomorrow anyway.
