@arodrig965, I’m glad you love the shorts. Yes they are brand new. I’m confused as to why you state that I could improve on description, item cleanliness, ship time, packaging and responsiveness.

Shorts were not dirty or damaged, packaged safely and securely, shipped quickly. The P.O. is responsible for the item once I post it. The description was very thorough. I communicated with you the whole time about the shipping issue with the post office. Please explain what you feel could have been done differently.
