konsigned Hi there. I see that you have claimed you received a completely different item. If this is the case I am so sorry although I always triple check my orders before sending out. Can you please describe the item you received or maybe upload a photo? If I made a mistake I have no problem assisting in the return process, but I did send an authentic Burberry sweater out so this seems strange. If items got swapped I would appreciate your help so I can fix it!! Thank you!

konsigned @anastasiak4 Oh my. That is not something that sounds even remotely familiar. I definitely sent the burberry sweater :( I wanted to rule out the possibility that it got swapped with another item I sold..I don't own an Anne Taylor cardigan so theres that.. do you remember if it came in an envelope or box? any chance you have the return label still? What does it say? I hope we can get to the bottom of this.

anastasiak4 @iwantmoorekayla it came in a box. I still have the box with return label. It says Kayla Moore. Woodland Hills California. I definitely didn't receive a Burberry cardigan. It's red but isn't what the picture showed.

konsigned @anastasiak4 I would never ever accuse anyone of lying so I will let Posh handle it but I will say that I am positive that I have never had in my possession, owned, or sold a red Anne Taylor cardigan on or off Poshmark. If you had described an item that I own or currently have listed, then this would be more believable.
