verleyana @almrowe just checked on line and it says it is at the post office awaiting a label for shipping. I have no idea why since I mailed it on Feb 19. I have signed up for status update and delivery confirmation. I will go by the post office and follow up as well. Again, I am so sorry. This has never happened before but it is the USPS after all.
