adellaid @portlandpieces I completely understand. It's just that this dress feels a bit risky (I'm also pregnant and the growing belly makes sizing very unpredictable), and so I'm thinking a bit more than usual about the potential resale value. When I check sold listings of this same dress, including in this color, the prices are a _lot_ lower than this listing. Will give it some thought and will try to come back to you with a better offer.

portlandpieces @adellaid I totally get it…that said I price according to rarity, not past sales prices. That’s because I invest a lot of money in each piece that are difficult to find. As you’ll note, this is the only one in its style on this entire app. Anyway, thanks again.
