You’re complaining about ship time when you received them within 5 days of your order? I’m a 5 star seller so I’m completely shocked by your order. I’m sorry they didn’t fit you, they’re brand new in box and you received them 50% off retail, so your rating is extremely unwarranted. had you reached out to me I would have been happy to exchange them as a courtesy

@kallimari I have received items faster. You took your time mailing them. But the problem is that the shoes are not true to size as you advertise. You should say to order the next size. They are extremely small. And my foot is thin. What a shame to talk to a customer like this instead of fixing the problem.
