beautyblogger24 Hi I’m guessing you don’t know how to message I wrote to you when I shipped that if you had any problem to let me know when you create a case the only option is to cancel the order there’s no exchange or thing for me to send anything else so creating a case you’re asking Poshmark to send you a return label and to cancel the order so you return the item let me know if you have any more questions

beautyblogger24 @anna120102 creating a case that you did is asking Poshmark to let you refund your money and you return your whole order but I sell with the oil or with mini straightener for $100 if any of those aren’t in I sell for less
