I’m so sorry your dress arrived wrinkled. The dress was steamed/dried/folded- but in order to ensure that no water damage would befall your package, I put all of my sales inside plastic bags because the post office often is careless with packages. That extra attention to detail does, especially with pure silk items, cause wrinkles.
