Hi Anaa,
I purchased the beige heels from you, and I am disappointed. You listed them as a size 9, but they are an 8 1/2 and do not fit quite right. I have requested that they be returned.

@pzapata85 I’m sorry that they didn’t fit you comfortably. They are a size 9. I’m a true size 9, and I tried them on and walked around my room before I listed them to make sure they were ok to sell. I have and would never list something misrepresented.

@pzapata85 hi, I just reviewed the photos I took of the bottom of the heels and I don’t see it say 8.5 anywhere. Like I mentioned before, I made sure they fit me before I posted them, as I try my best to represent all my sales clear and fair.
The best I can do is send you what my earnings were back to you, and you can just reposh the shoes.
