Good morning! Thank you for your purchase of the YSL bag. It was shipped yesterday but there ia a problem....I believe I printed 2 shipping lables with your address and you will be receiving another order that should be going to another customer. I have contacted Poshmark and they may be reaching out to you. Im sorry for the inconvenience but I didnt realize it until I seen that the other package wasn't tracking and the receipt from USPS shows both packages going to your address.

Good evening! I see that the order is pending acceptance. Can you please let me know if you received both boxes. I went to the PO today and they said both were shipped to you under the same tracking number. I suppose Poshmark will send you a return lable for the larger and heavier box that suppose to go to another customer. Please, let me know. Thank you so very much😉👍

@ad0406 I think theres a way that you can go into the prompts and go under " "received wrong order" and poshmark should contact you via email and send a return lable for the box that needs to be returned. Ive been trying to figure it out and poshmark isnt replying. Im going to try again to reach them.

@abetterway2 good morning. I’ve been trying to find that prompt but I can’t. I did find seller sent wrong item under the returns option but it’s asking me to click on “problems with my order” under the purchase I made but that’s no longer an option since I accepted the purchase. What did customer service suggest?

Poshmark haven't contacted me and the other order was cancelled for some reason. There's no direct number to speak with anyone in Customer Service, only prompts pertaining to possible situations but non applies to my situation. So I'm still trying to figure this out😔 Im going to try contacting them again today. Thank you for working with me in this and Im really sorry for the inconvenience.😔

@abetterway2 I received a response email asking for the order number connected the issue. I did let them know my package was not the issue. I’m waiting to hear back. I was able to reach them through the return section under contact us.

@ad0406 I still haven't heard back from PM. Im going to give it another day to respond. I suppose worst case scenario, is to buy it back for $3 and pay the shipping charge. It will be my lost but Im willing to do that if need be.🤔

i have listed it back to $299 as i had forgotten what i payed for them . i looked and seen it . so i’ll be losing a lot money tying to get back what i paid for them . they retailed for almost $1200 .00 they are rare ones i looked them up
