The Poshmark HQ Verification Center is extremely backed up and they are now saying 10 business days there before sending items to buyers. Bag was sent right away and got there on 12/22. I appreciate your patience. Should be on its way soon!

@angi4 I have checked the website everyday. It has been sitting at headquarters for verification since 12/22. The message I get when I try to select “order inquiry” says that they are requiring 10 Business Days to Authenticate now since they got backed up over Christmas! If I counted right, today should have been Day 10. Hope it goes out soon.

@angi4 I have never seen a delay this long before but everyone in the authentication system is stuck in the same bottleneck. The bag is authentic and I sent the original Gucci cards with it, they probably just don’t have enough certifiers to support the overwhelming number of items that have been sent! I have 2 other bags sitting there too. Thanks again for your patience.

As for the crack, I had no idea it was there. I've only worn them twice. If you would like to send them back that is completely fine and you can get your refund. So sorry about this!
