motmot03 @anapmartinez hi I cannot find a number to call PM I only report the issue and it will take 1-2 days before they reply. I’ll check on the usps customer service they should be able to find what happened to the item😒

motmot03 This actually happened to me before in usps , the staff keeps telling me that my item is not there. I told them to double check it! And she keeps telling me not there.But the tracking clearly says that it’s there. I told them like “so if it’s not there where is my item then?!” Then I asked for a manager then they found it somewhere. They put it in a wrong place! And this is expensive they should be more careful☹️

anapmartinez @motmot03 Thanks it was a pleasure to do Bussiness with you. Just for reference: when I show usps the paper that they left at my door 2 girls can not find the package. Finally today she find it with tracking number. She said it was not where it supposed to be. They storage on a different place. But with tracking number was easy to find it. At the beginning they just look with the paper that left at my door. Next time I bring both paper left at my door and tracking #. Thanks
