klpianist7 Hey Ana! I received the strap you sent today. Did you mean to send just ONE part of the strap? Because there’s only half it the strap, and you can’t use it without the other half that also has a hardware to hook on the bag. If you have the other half, I’d like to figure out a way to receive that. But if not, would you cancel my order and I’ll send it back to you? Because I can’t use half of a complete strap.
