Hi, no new label has been received, if I dont get the new label today I will cancel the transaction and give you your money back, because as per posh I cant take too long to ship an item that has been purchased. I have to ship it as soon as possible and it has been 3 days since you purchase the shoes.

@almabiz they ask for 24 hrs for a response. if you end up having to cancel this order with me. I still want the shoes and would try to reorder thru a different account. I will start trying to set that up today

i just send an email to posh asking them how to cancel the transaction, I will wait to hear from them first. I never had this problem before and I dont know how to deal with this.

@almabiz I just looked on this acct and it says I would have to wait 7 days without the item shipping to cancel. I emailed customer service again as well. I really do want these shoes.
