ladybadness Hello! Thank you for purchasing the Desigual handbag from me! I want to make sure that you saw in the photos... there is no shoulder strap to it. I purchased the item on Poshmark and that is how I bought it. The handles to carry as a handbag are in great condition. You could also buy a shoulder strap if you want to carry it that way. ladybadness @anajohnson630 I am so sorry. I had to cancel the order. I was prepping the package and when I tried to unzip the purse, it wouldn't budge. I have not used it in a long time. I remembered that the zipper would stick a bit, but this time it wouldn't move more than an inch. Again, I am very sorry, but I couldn't mail it out like that.
