hkcampbell69 In response to your case about your purchase of the Stella McCartney bag, I really do apologize for the miscommunication. There was no malicious intent and I certainly didn’t mean to deceive you. I have many pictures up of the exact size of the bag but forgive me as I was wrong and need to better educate myself. my account has been shut down because of this case I am not able to respond in rules. I would have really appreciated you getting in touch with me first but do not have that choice now.

hkcampbell69 @ana123479 well if u can drop the case and just return the bag it would be helpful. They kicked me off and now it’s a whole thing and I lost all my sales. I understand you didn’t know and I do feel awful about the bag. This never happened to me and thus far all my ratings have been 5 star. If you are able to do so pls let me know. Thank u!

hkcampbell69 I’ve never had to do that. I assuming maybe u go into customer support and ref case number and ask how to drop it and maybe just process return. I apologize I have never done this as well
